Where can I report an ignored transaction I made through the Gold Store?

hey!

I have only used EpicNPC once before to buy gold for WoW, and it went through just fine. I come today at 9am and order gold through EpicNPC's Gold Store, and it matched me with IGXE.com

I sent them $43.70 and waited a few hours for someone to contact me.

It has now been 9 hours with no contact, IGXE.com has been offline, and the person I managed to chat with on their site said "they couldn't find my payment".


I'm a noob to the forum still, and I apologize if this is the wrong place, but who can I speak to about being paired with a super sketchy and avoidant seller through EpicNPC's gold store?

Well here is fine for now. Epic will check it later to see if it went through. if it does not get delivered later then it will be a scam report

We do sorry for the delay of the order.
And I contacted nickfetus 3 hours ago about the reason of the time difference and our working time.
He placed the order at about 10 pm here in our country, so I wasn't online to check and it was hard for us to process the order at that time because most of the staffs here are about to sleep.
Thanks for his kindly understanding. We finally delivered the gold and finished the order.
