What to do...

So let say, I got this scammer's MYSPACE and his school ID.

He scammed me a while ago.


Hmmm...I haven't done anything. Any ideas?

Don't do or post anything on line, especially in these forums that will get you banned or your information turned over to law enforcement.

I don't get it? Why would they turn my information turned over to law enforcement? I’m not breaking any laws, the guy who scammed me did. I just want to know what to do because this guy is stupid enough to give me his email that he used for myspace…and giving me his school ID (obviously, he’s a minor).
I’m not posting the scammer’s personal information or anything. I don’t know how to go for it, I’m thinking something along the line - adding him as my friend and collect his pictures and hand it over to polices(with proofs that he scammed me…got all AIM conversation saved, and emails).

Or I could just confront him and say something like “Now, I know who you are. I might have to report you to police, but I’ll let you slide if you hand my account back or pay me what its worth”

Not saying I’m going to do it, I just want other people opinions.
