What do I do? Scammed and Paypal is screwing me...

So I sold this guy a shaman for $130 about two days ago...

The account got closed today saying in an email: "Access to this account has been permanently disabled for exploitation of the World of Warcraft economy or for being associated to accounts which have been closed for intended exploitation."

AKA gold farmers??

Now the guy files a dispute on PayPal asking for the $130 back.

WHAT DO I DO?

Contact Blizzard and tell them you had your account compromised. They'll check the IPs and if the scammer changed the password and was online when the illegal act was performed you have a good chance of getting it all restored.

What do i do about the paypal? I want my money back if i can't get it...

He had ownership of the account while it got banned, so how do i relate that to paypal?
