Was sold a scripted account, Seller did not tell and hasn't replied for 2 days

So Monday of this week I bought a Diamond 4 account with high winrate and 4 rune pages, https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/868708-diamond-4-77-win-75-plat-2-diamond-5-67-win-40

I was suspicious right after purchase since I noticed a he played basically only Kalista which is known to be a common champ used with scripts, I also noticed the insanely high winrate.

I gave the buyer the benefit of the doubt and just assumed he was a really good player.

After purchase I was content and played around 1 normal game a day, a total of 8 games post purchase, sadly the account was banned for use of 3rd party programs and cheats

I just want the refund I deserve since I literally only played normal games on said account for ~5 days.

Clearly it was not me that was scripting, and nor did I play any ranked games after purchasing the account, just strictly normals.

It is unfortunate the account was banned, but i'm pretty sure it's of his own doing, i'm a legit player and the account was never botted. I also have a track record of sold accounts on this website all with positive feedback, none banned.


The account was given to him after payment, along with changing the e-mail. I also did reply on skype to the user; although, it appears we're online at different times.

That's what you said last time as well. It is most unlikely that it happens two times in a row.

You can no longer claim your accounts are unbotted. clearly they are. You cannot claim two users botted right after you sold it. You must refund or replace account .

Interesting all kalista and ryze, known to be the 2 most notorious scripting champs, also very below average cs but high kill participation and very good kda. Also common amongst scripters.

So if someone sells a league account and the buyer gets it banned after the transaction is complete, the seller is therefore responsible for the actions of the user/banned account?

Just want to get this straight, there's always a risk with buying and selling accounts, the user was aware and willing despite the risk, of buying league accounts. The account was perfectly fine, and not banned before i sold it, it was not till a week after the transaction that the account was banned.

The account i sold was absolutely not botted here's my evidence: The log in account name matches the actual Summoner account name, every time you purchase botted fresh level 30 they are given random names with random sets of numbers, my login name and summoner name were both the same 5 letter logins. Some would even consider my account name/log in name as worth money since it was short/ and desirable.

On other websites people even sell short log in names such as: cat, elite, devil. ect..

Being the fact that i made this account myself it can't possibly be a boted account from some 3rd party website. You just don't get account names like mine in this manner.

As i said the ban is unfortunate; although, not something i caused. Of course he's going to claim it's my fault, who wouldn't.

As far as bringing up the past case of botting, that user was a proven scammer, ( from other websites as well) and not given an acquittal.

Riot does account bans in waves.

It was pretty suspicious that you were in a rush to sell this account right after season end, and even took such a low price for it.

You can say all you want about how the account was not botted, but thats not the point im getting to.

The account was banned for use of SCRIPTS/3rd party programs, in previous threads you have claimed yourself "a legit player" etc etc

Im assuming you were in rush to sell said account since you knew it had a high chance of being banned as per your use of scripts

And like i said before I can provide vods of my previous games on the account which were all NORMAL games and they clearly show I do not use any 3rd party programs to aid my play like you do.

So you agree that it's not botted?

The transaction was successful in that case, in adherence to the websites rules, case closed.
 
Almightythor101, just because the login name and summoner names are not random does not mean its not botted. you can start a bot up at any time you want. Riot bans in most cases in a large batches. hes owned the account too short to get popped for scripts. You owe a refund since the customer does not want a new account or a ban will be issued.
 
I never said anything that pertains to the account not being botted, I'm just saying your evidence doesn't mean anything, and what doomed said is correct. Now I just want to proceed with getting a refund.

I didn't list too may stats for Almightythor101 because he could just be a good player, so it doesn't really prove anything. However it shows that Elaganto did not play well for those 9 games and lost more than half. In none of those games did he have a good score, so it seems VERY unlikely a player would have reported him.

Since no player would have reported him, this means the system would have had to trigger an automated alert if Elaganto was botting.

That said, this seems unlikely to me based on his score. I would assume someone cheating would do much better than those poor scores.

Elaganto can you reply to the Riot email you received and claim you never cheated or used any program. Ask them when did this cheat program was used.
 
I have already replied now we just need to wait for a response

Also im fairly certain that accounts are flagged for 3rd party programs during the season and immediately banned in one huge wave after the season end.

They dont delve into specifics regarding cases.

Like I have said many times over, I have video recordings of most of the games I had played on the account, and clearly as you already stated my performance was subpar.

Also I would like to state again that im fairly certain riot does account bans in waves, meaning they flag all accounts that have been reported throughout the course of a season and review them near the end and ban accordingly.
 
Based on this info and some info received from sellers, it seems likely that this account was botted on or cheated before elegatos received it. Almightythor101 this is the 2nd account that has been recently sold and was banned for using 3rd party scripts.

If you receive 2-3 more such reports you will be required to label your threads as "botted accounts".

A 80% refund is owed to Elegantos for the lost account.
 
banned site has be on and off for a few days. but hes been online since this was opened and stopped. responding.
