was i scammed?

I traded my tier 1 hunter for an almost equivilant tier 1 mage... his account has 1 more month left on his subscription because he uses 6 month game cards... i use a credit card...

my hunter was a 300 enchanter with crusader and aq40 enchants.

his mage was a lvl 10 enchanter and 225 alchemist..

while i was gone he im'ed me and said he was recalling his account till i put a game card on my old account he said he cant pay for 1 cause hes broke.

im broke as well cause i cant pay for a gamecard either.

he [censored] called up Blizzard and changed the contact info n everything and i cant recall my account back either.

so was i royaly [censored] in the [censored] or what?

i would like yall's input on this... i was pretty pissed when he told me he was recalling his account... and keeping mine at the same time...

yea i think u were pretty much scammed if you are the OO of your account call blizzard and change the email back, or lock it and tell them somebody changed the email, they will email u a form, but this can only happen if u are the OO so pretty much if ur not,....ur screwed

i have the cd key to my account yes, but i am not the origional owner
