~Warhammer Private Server~ Account was Banned when it was sold to me.

I am the Buyer. I was Scammed for $300 via PayPal. The Seller (https://www.epicnpc.com/members/nichalii.1060897/) hasn't responded to
my request for refund or any other dialogue. I have opened a dispute with PayPal. I'll attach Screenshots of the Banned account and of the PayPal
receipt that I paid to the Seller.
