Ok I posted a few weeks ago about a guy who took back a genshin account I bought he was @craftedtree. And once it was noted that he was banned as scammer it was stated that @Hyltn was supposed to help me recover. Well he responded to one of my messages but now it’s just crickets he has not been on the forum and he is set offline so I have no idea if he’s on discord if he got account back but not helping me that’s messed up I would like some resolution and if he doesn’t respond a ban would be nice

I never got a response from Genshin support, I haven't been on discord or epic due to some personal issues going on IRL, I Only knew of the dispute because of the email I got me notifying me of it, I will happily submit another recovery attempt to Mihoyo but they never did respond to the first I sent.
 
As someone who has recently been able to get in touch with Genshin support through e-mail, I can confirm their e-mail tickets are so flooded that the average response time is probably over a month at this point. I only received a response within the last few days to a miscellaneous bug ticket I sent in to their e-mail around early October.

The only consistent support anyone has received is through the in-game support by creating a new account, playing through the tutorial and opening until Paimon’s menu is available, then submitting a ticket through the Feedback button of that menu. Apparently those tickets have a mandatory turnaround time of 2-3 days for a response, so people have been going there for attempts at help.

You can try the in-game tickets if they’re unresponsive to the e-mail.

I did tell KemoTherapy I would do that and to my own fault I never did, that will be done tonight

Ok I’m done with waiting for this guy he never messaged me with proof and never posted any here it’s hard to believe any action has been taken just because he said so I have been waiting on him for a month now through everything and he never once stated mihoyo answered I would either like a 50% refund if he wants to stay on the forum since he can get account back but does not care to do so or if he doesn’t want to pay or doesn’t answer please ban this guy please I’m not waiting for him any longer

No update no message from support.

I understand this guy got scammed but it wasn't by me it was by a user who has already been banned relating to the issue. I don't see why I have a TWC whenever I Was not apart of this sale. I sold the account, it got resold and the person I sold it to scammed Kemo. I have attempted twice now to get the account back and have not heard from mihoyo. Kemo, I don't know what you want me to do I can't go to Mihoyo studios and make them give me the account back. Im not giving you a refund for a sale I did not conduct that is not my issue.

2 reasons why you should be banned or issue partial refund.
1. You said you have been doing these things and I have asked more than once for proof but you don’t answer on discord you only answer to devs so you won’t get banned. And showed no proof.
2. I also asked for the account information so I can submit my own ticket in which you said “it would be better for you to do it” well give me the information so I can do it myself and see how long it takes me since you don’t give updates.

mods in response to what I said please reach a conclusion he has the tools to do something and for a month I have gotten nothing but words from him.
 
He was online when it was stated and still hasn’t done it....
 
Currently, best response emails are:

[email protected] (roughly 2-3 weeks wait; this is the Indonesian support email, but apparently they sometimes answer anyway)
[email protected] (supposedly a faster response)

[email protected] (this seems to be a private dev email or something, but it’s legitimate as they quoted my ticket in responding and seem to have decent response times—not sure if this should be first point of contact, though)

I sent an email to genshincs_id, but that was back then when genshin_payment wasn’t known as a point of contact. Nowadays, it seems more recommended to email genshin_payment.
 
Support_os is an e-mail that, in the process of contacting support, they’ll sometimes direct you to depending on which customer service rep you get (customer service is as much of a gacha as pulling characters). As far as I know (and have personally tried), it’s basically unresponsive. Sorry, I’d actually forgotten I had sent an e-mail to support_os at all when I responded earlier. They never got back to me on that line and it was one more failed attempt to contact CS.

It was only when support__app__4307 emailed back with a link to a form to fill out that things got anywhere.

Where did you find this support email? I'm not finding it on their site.
That’s the one that I was directed to on the website, I googled which one was the best to get in touch with in November and on reddit according to my region- US - that was the best one. Since someone has provided alternate emails to send emails to I have sent a new one there and I can pm you a screenshot once again with the email i’ve sent
