I did not get his skype info, he pmed me for my skype and added me. Ip doesn't match because change of ip or computer maybe? He claims he never went through the trade. Why would I randomly give him a feedback on this site?

Looking back, he didn't even hesitate on going first, paying that much from someone with little rep. So yeah, I'm sure he knows what he's doing
