verify ID for selling accounts

Hi everyone, I'm new here but would like to sell an account using a personal middleman. Do i still need to verify my ID even though I'm using a middleman? I really don't want to give my ID away to Veriff just to sell an account.

I just made a thread to sell, but it says that

Verification is REQUIRED before members can list items for sale.
Verify your account now to become a seller.

even though I've selected middleman services in the post.
