Verified phone number but can't reply to threads

Hello. I've just verified my phone number and I would like to reply to an existing thread to leave my feedback but it says "You have insufficient privileges to reply here.". I thought I'd be able to reply if I verified my phone number. Any help or guidance would be appreciated, thank you.
