How safe is it to trade with a verified epicnpc individual if he has no feedback. I know I'm verified but I'm not actually sure what the verified badge entails. Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Well its a good step in right direction. They took the time to give the site their id and their matching name paypal. Thats usually a layer of protection because its less likely they are return scammers and most members who intend to scam would not provide their real information. Statistically banned scammers are mostly un-upgraded gray members.
As always verify you are talking to the real member here before dealing anywhere else.
