This was a long engagement. Seller streamed his account and I sent money via PayPal. Guy didn't immediately give me the account which was the first red flag. But he said he was going under tough times and was afraid of chargeback and it's true so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
However I asked him to close his selling account thread a few days ago and he said he would but didn't. Today he made a new thread containing information about his character selling the same account. When confronted and asked for the account details he promptly blocked.
Asking mods to verify and if possible check for instance of stolen / fake ID verification and escalate to relevant authorities if necessary

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) yes he streamed his account
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) character names, stream
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
