That is a scammer.

  • Trade Guardian is recommended. EpicNPC does NOT use Discord. We only investigate disputes if Trade Guardian is used.

How long till sellers who hasn't verified themselves using the new system lose their "verified" status?

Current Verified Members
  • All members will be required to re-verify their accounts, so even if you have previously verified, you will have to redo the process.
  • Current verified members will have 30 days to reverify their account. After that they will lose their Verified badge and the ability to create new threads.

Verification Process
  • The process is similar to the current process. Full name, phone verification, ID scan and selfie will be required.
  • Drivers license, passport, residence permit, or ID card can be used. We are not requesting SSN or any tax ID.
  • The verification process is now automated which means members will not have to wait 24 hrs for their verifications to be reviewed. Normally it should take a few minutes.
    • If a verification is flagged, this can delay the process.

Privacy and Security
  • Verifications will be processed and stored by Veriff.com. Only EpicNPC employees will have access to this data. Moderators will not (same as before).
  • Current verification data will be deleted in the near future. This is one of the reasons we are requiring members to re-verify their accounts.

my ID verification got rejected and I was using my real ID from my country official government

and now Im not able to redo the verification

what should I do ??

I did send a ticket for informing this to the user's issue and no respond so far

like me, i work my ass out, to get to 300feedbacks, now i cant do the verifaction, force me leave this forum lol.

its really my ID , its not a problem from me , because Im living in mangrove island and due to corruption issue on 2018-2019 on budget for national ID card project , we all here got that ID in that paper form printed but the number is valid even online and its registered on my tax application otherwise , my paypal wont be verified either
 
We cannot accept new sellers from China, because we no longer have the ability to verify phone number from China.

For older members from China, we can only accept a passport.

i really hope admins revoke this new rule. There's no way i will share private information for a few bucks which i may or may not be getting. Aren't trade guardian safe enough to prevent scams?
also veriff get 1.9 stars on trustpilot isn't helping at all.

Epicnpc alert not using discord is everywhere, even every time you say discord in chat a warning will appear, how can you possibly believe this one?

Trade guardian never “prevents” scams. Only thing it makes sure is that you get what you pay for at that specific moment, besides that trade guardian has no control over what happens next.
 
total fail, im have buyed topic for 300$ - now its in archive. wtf. new doc version can take 6 months ( international passport) Im ask EPIC - its your forum or 1.* verify 3rd face platform non name idk users? im there since 2015. im spend every every month 230-300$ last two year - for your support. Guys - im need youd support as many old sellers from world.

Sticky threads are exempt, but your thread was pending so that's why it was removed. It's been restored, sorry for the inconvenience.

We're monitory sticky threads just in case things like this happen. Any that we see will be restored.

Thans. just new doc version can take 1-6 moth's. depends on region in my country. Im try, but it doesn't depend on me.

Just wondering, because if they could collect data without consent, they could certainly share/sell it without consent.

lol im there 9 years =) around 15000+ deal's . for u opinion im not safe =) ofc verification good move, but -around ~ 30% really trust sellers can go away - because his doc's - 1*( on trustpilot) service can't read it.
 
Wow, i was sometimes selling/buying here always using trade Guardian. Now i need to verify myself with using my ID and selfie? Through company with 1.9*, no even if they had 5* there's possibility in future they will be breached and all data leaked... Leading to problems .No one beside full time sellers have a point to do verifing...
Because few Bucks isn't worth it. Administration choose to protect a stupid people who gets scammed even with so much information how to not be scammed... Over the rest people... This is sad because i always had in mind this forum is safe for selling/buying when using trade Guardian. I guess it's time to seek alternative, maybe i will come back if you revoke those absurd changes.
PS. In my opinion it's shooting your own knees, something like big studios started doing lbgt games facing big losses and zero interest.

I just verify today and it says like this.

Reason: Presented document tampered, document similarity to specimen



How do i re verify it again? I send an TIN ID here in phillipines thats what i always use. Please help need to post a thread.. :(

I would use the contact us button on the bottom of the website to receive support for verification issues.

Based on the error message it seems you already opened a ticket. You should have received an email response.

I reverify again and it failed again sir. it says :
Your verification has been declined.
Reason: Attempted deceit, device screen used
Please contact support to try again.

It sounds like you are attempting to take a picture of an ID on a screen which is not accepted.

Mods do not have access to any of this information so you will need to speak with an admin.

Yes. im talking an agent in freshdesk right now. i attempt to reverify 3 times always fails. :(
 
The badges have already been lost and threads will be deleted soon. The support throws up his hands. During this period, it is impossible to obtain a foreign passport or driver's license unless you buy a fake document lol. The problem with many trusted old sellers.

So will there be a solution or are you just getting rid of us? :censored:
