Hello guys, this kind person @XANDER10 contacted me to make deal about DBL acc that i list.
but we have a rule for new users can't use paypal as payment method in first time.
he refused to use other payment methods. like wise, crypto, bank transfer, cards, gift-cards etc..
he said can't create wise account. so i suggest him to verify his account here to deal with us using PayPal.
He said that he submitted his ID and paid the 10 fee. but how we can check if that true since i didn't see any badge like mine? i can't see the green verified badge on his profile ? if he got rejected in KYC process should i deal with him now or not ?

I have several cusotmer from Italy, and they all can use wise without any problem
