Vengenx confirmed scammer

We set up a deal that I'd buy gold off him. I sent him the money for a character transfer for an alt to get the gold onto my server where I could confirm he had the gold and alt prior to paying in full. After he received the 25$ he refused to transfer until payment was in full.. and he refuses to refund or respond in emails.

He is level 59 so i can transfer it all.

No you can not log in to verify, last time i did that the "buyer" deleted my
character, im sure you understand.

Pay me the money for the Gold and the Transfer and i will Transfer the character
to your account myself.

I told him I don't want the character, and I'd send 25$ now, for the transfer, then in game we could verify the gold and that he does indeed have a 59 alt once it was on my server.

I sent payment, he then sent:

Im sorry, i want the full payment now so that i know im not transfering for
nothing.

Then after I asked for a refund or him to continue the deal since hes at no risk, he said this:


First of all i am not a scammer.

Secondly i am verfied with paypal and have a premium account with them.

You wont get an email back from me until i recieve the rest of the payment,
until then...

When you going to send me my rogue info back? You cant call someone a scammer if your a scammer for not giving me back the rogue info after 2-3 emails and a few days of waiting. And you can't say that its changed because it's recalled to your email.
