Username Change is Out of Stock :( Why?

I wanted to change my name, and in the shop it says that Username Change is "Out of Stock". I have enough credits to buy it. How long it will be out of stock, and is it out of stock only for me and why?

Unfortunately, it seems that the name I want to change it to is already taken, and that is my account also I stopped using it, so I forget e-mail and pass, but if You can give me the first couple of letters of e-mail, I can remember what full e-mail was. Account name is "Gramno" (without quotes).
