Upgrade Account Error

You had quoted me saying I would need to repurchase verification since TWV is no longer used (understandable), I've been trying to do so but I keep getting the following error:
OOPS! WE RAN INTO SOME PROBLEMS.
The requested page could not be found.


For curiosity I tried clicking on each upgrade option and I get the above on all of them, none of them work.

Side Question:
EpicMember Premium Upgrade$25.00 for 99 years
Verification Upgrade$10.00 for 1 year

Those subscription times are correct right?
