Hey i was trying to unlock an account i bought a long time ago and when i sent the fax i received this as the response:

"Thank you for submitting the account recovery documentation we requested for the World of Warcraft account ###. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your submission because of the following:

- The recovery form was not properly filled out.
The street address included does not appear to match the location from which the account is being accessed."

What does this mean do I have to have the address that it was originally created with? I am sending in a passport as ID and the ST address i put in was some restaurant in Canada which is where passport is from, so it was a legit address i guess.

They did an IP match from where the account was being accessed. That physical location is way off from the address you provided.

so thats when u tell them it got hacked

then they must unlock the account :), thats if ur legal documents are accepted
