I bought an account from a seller and about two weeks after, it was locked saying "your account has been transferred to another region" when it actually hasn't. I contacted Riot and they basically said they thought I was a secondary user so they wouldn't help me out. If anyone can do this add me on skype - wmr0919.
And an FYI, I'm aware it likely can't be done but with some of the accounts being ******* and sold or w/e I thought I'd try.
