This feedback is unfair. But I am not entirely absolved of guilt due to a mistake on my part. That being said, my mistake was not at all mentioned in the negative feedback.
On the 25th, I purchased an account from timelost9968. It had 2-factor enabled, so I wasn't able to actually access it at any time. He went offline EpicNPC right after accepting the payment. But before exiting he did leave a positive review. I tried contacting him via email immediately afterward. Then a second time about a day afterward. After receiving no response I filed a dispute with PayPal to get a refund since it was not paid by F&F (he specifically asked that I did not pay that way due to country restrictions). He refunded the money then left a second review, this time a negative one.
As for my fault, he requested 15 USD + 2 dollars tax on his deal page. I paid 15, because I thought the 2 dollars tax was a PayPal fee. Regardless, after sending him the money on the 25th he didn't say anything about the value being wrong so I figured everything was okay as far as pricing. In fact according to his positive feedback, "No problems and quick payment", he seems to be okay with the payment I gave him despite it being wrong.
His feedback stated: "Bought an account then refunded me because of something i didn't even know about since i never interacted with the game or platform itself." This is not a fair reason to give someone negative feedback. You cannot use your ignorance as a reason to fault someone else. Furthermore, due to his negligence I was unable to access the account after paying. This was not addressed until two days later. Unfortunately due to his lack of contact, I figured he could be scamming me, so I requested a refund via PayPal before he got back to me. I request that both his positive and negative feedbacks be removed.
I censored his email to respect his privacy. But if that information is necessary then I can resend the images without blotting them out.
