Unauthorized Claim ... how to win ?

let's put this simple , he bought an account frm me, then he reverse the money, the money was hold , then i got alot of proof + file to show the this guy is a tard, i uploaded those screenshot, few hours later, he canceled the reversal, and make another UNAUTHORIZED CLAIM. This claim require tracking number and of course i dont have one , so i dont know what i should do to prove paypal i am right and legit.

PS : he spammed me with a bunch of BILL payment blah blah like 10.000 USD etc... like that... this guy has mental problem i believe

When it comes to unauthorized claims / reversals on paypal -- If you did not send him the info and cant give a tracking number you will LOSE 100% of the time.

I am 0/7 -- So after 7 going bad, I no longer sell accounts w/o sending them the SQA Last name via mail w/ tracking number
