UBCchess recalled 1,000 dollars, paypal has made me negative 1k SCAM

I sold UBCChess, a very reputable user an account for 1k dollars on febuary 5th 2020, i am the OO of the account, i have never let anyone else touch this account besides him, I have all of the DM's showing me giving him the login, him sending me the money, me being unsure cuz he didnt send it as friends and family, and him recalling 1k MONTHS later, I am truly freaking out right now and dont know what to do. I did NOTHING to this guy.

I am actually sick to my stomach over this. I told him to send as friends and family and he purposely didnt and with the new paypal layout I couldn't tell. this guy has all that rep just to scam me months later. I am going through so much financial wise IRL and he pulls this ****.

we can see here he bought a pvp boost, first post after buying my account. wonder if he got banned and is recalling his money?

i can also provide proof showing he recalled but im hesitant to put someones info out there

but if prompted i will gladly do so.

also, he is using a proxy here to say hes in japan, when in reality he lives in canada, i have his full address, his full name, his chess club. etc.

Can you inform me on what the possibilities are for me? I’ve sent all of this to PayPal no response yet, is there a chance this a* hole gets away with this? What do I do
