I suspect this feedback can be the same person.

The transaction started but was not finalized and at that point the accounts were restored. This cannot be an "exchange" as one party did not get the account and the other party did not get the money. The transaction did not take place.

Feedback will have to be removed as there is not enough proof that the person you were talking to off-site was actually the Pirate Lord on our site.

scammed me 250 dollar he just doesnt send the money he stopped talking when i gave him my account. i will send the proofs

Thank you. I see login info as well as the security code was provided to Pirate Lord. He then signed off saying payment would be sent later that day.

That is enough to prove something was exchanged. The feedback can remain.
