Hello , there is two guys one of them is new profile ( just made to add fake feedback against me ) .
They are mad cause i said on some discord chanels that they are scammers ( with proofs ) .
Many friends from the discord server got scammed by them .
So they come to my epicnpc profile and add fake feedbacks .

This is complete lies, Vlodixx has 0 proof that I scammed anybody and yet mentioned me in such post. Also he did sell an account to the other guy and recovered it the next day without any explanation. The guy refunded his money afterwards ofcourse. But that doesn't even matter, fact is he recovered the account without telling anything to the guy. I send the proof and I didn't see any proof he didn't do what I mention.

He sent money as g&s and he refund the money and he got the money back , he's known scammer , who refund the money after getting the email .
I supposed to report him about scam not him lol .
But where is the scam ? If he got the money back ?
Still waiting for proof that i scammed his money and disnt give him account .

I explained already, not gonna repeat myself.

The case for a refund was opened after the buyer got scammed, which can be seen from the proof provided, also in the proof provided it can be seen that the buyer hasnt received any money back.
This disputes all the lies u have wrote in the last post, neither did he ask for a refund before he got scammed, neither did he actually get a refund.

First of all , there is 1h + between your time zone and mine , you can check my ss and your ss , and messages time .
So , you said that u refunded after i scammed you ?
So , why your refund on 4 july 22:44:14 , and the ss that you got dc from the email 5 july 07:13
You refund before getting dc from the email ?

Second thing , i got the money when we dealed as g&s so you can refund anytime , and from bank transfer money can be refunded without permession .
money transfered to my bank after i got it . Then i did a payment from my bank , and i got the -130 minus after your refund . My friend sent me 130 euro to cover the minus . All that , after your refund .
My ss proof that .

Acc history is clear i guess ? got -130 after ur refund , my friend sent me 130 ( 5 july after ur refund ) and money taken right after. Last payment was +130 .

Check the time in our chat too , there is +1h .

This is not his timezone, this is paypal timezone and it clearly says "4th of July 22:44 PDT, read again P D T = Time after your scam, the 22:44 4th of july PDT= 07:44AM 5th of July his timezone, stop lying, all the proof is here, and stop stating that he can get a refund whenever he can via G&S because paypal wasnt invented yesterday and everyone knows thats not how it works, you must issue a refund yourself which you refuse to do. If you issued a refund he would receive an email that a refund is on-going. By your ss its clearly visible that it's 5:34 your time at the time of block, aka 6:34 time at his timezone aka before 7:44 when he opened the case, bottom line is, he opened the case 1 hour later. it's all there, all the proof, no need to keep lying.

@Administrator , this person has admitted that this was indeed his chat, his deal, and all the evidence that he scammed is here, he still isn't doing any refunds and is not planning to, is it possible to ban him based on this evidence? Also you can see that he tried lying untill the final moment, untill i fully disputed every lie of his with clear evidence, he was very well aware of the situation and the circumstances and that he retrieved the account before the case was opened, but he chose to lie untill the very end untill he wasted so much of my time to showcase this proof. All this is shown by clear proof, he is used to easily get away with scams, but now karma hopefully is getting to him, he obviously isn't used to people pushing his scam to the end, with clear proof, he must get what he deserves.

I'm not gonna bother anymore with this case, what is available is here. Looking forward to positive decision.

I m dealing for 1 year + and still dealing without any problem , you are a guy who using different discord profiles and you got banned from many warmane trade discords . I can even proof what admins of these discords said .
About the account , after checking the name of the buyer , i noticed it's the same name of known scamemr named lazar mladenovic was using discord named 93fukru . Always retrive accounts and refund money ( can provide all ss from discords if needed ) . So no one will feel safe after dealing with scammer . You already retrive an account after u sold it , and i have the proof that you are the same guy : Lazar mladenovic .
I said the +1 time zone cuz when we chat there 1h between us , and from paypal was big difference .
And about refund and paypal , as you can see the last activity , all clear , got the -130 after your refund , balance was 0 , and you so i got minus 130 , my friend sent me 130 . I didnt use or sent it anywhere cause it's taken from paypal due to the refund !
If not refunded , where did the -130 go ? If i refused as u said , where is the money ?
Same paypal same ss and -130 then back to 0 . If i refuse it should be 130 on my balance cause my friend sent me 130 to cover the minus and i did nothing with it as you can see the paypal history .
Edit : he start yelling in discord and insulting , i guess paypal dont know our reputation on epicnpc or on discord ? The second guy is the guy who made the last feedback . Friend of begula .
Wont comment anymore , proof from paypal that the money taken from my balance , and proof from discord that this guy is known scammer .

First of all, since you are dealing for 1 + year, you are allowed to take his account even though he fairly paid for it? Who gave you the right to do this? He paid for this account, you took the money and have taken the account back, that's first.
Second of all, he has denied every lie of yours with clear proof, and he has also prooven he did not receive this money by realtime video, you can see the date and time on the video, and his paypal balance, and the most recent transaction, the question where is the money should be asked to you, because if you had clicked "Issue a refund" which you haven't, and this is the only thing he cant proove because he does not have acess to your Paypal account to click the link, all your lies have come to an end and now u're grasping for the last thing that he does not have acess to proove, but then again, you can see his balance and most recent transaction on a realtime video, so your question is good, where is this alleged money you refunded, there is no email about refund or any notification whatsoever, and it is obvious that paypal would notify the buyer. And third of all, even if you did refund as you claim, which you haven't, who gives you the right to take an account from a buyer who had paid you? Your 1+ year rep allows you to scam people and take THEIR accounts?"

P.S , just because you know the discord owner who can lie for you, doesn't mean you are in the right, also your "Discord proof that he refunded money" i can dispute aswell, this is the first time on this paypal that a case was ever opened or any kind of money "refunded" as you would say, but the money isnt refunded.

He has already explained to you, as you already know that he is using his friends paypal, just like you are using your friends, so stop anymore with this 3rd party screenshots and whatnot, also the payment was sent as g&s because in serbia f&f option isnt available and that can easily be checked on google.

Because no one wana made deals with an old known scammer , money as g&s can be refunded anytime .
Also as you can see the dates , i just got 130 e to cover the minus -130 due to the refund , balance back to 0 and no money sent or used ( all details in acc history ) , where did the money go ? Where did the -130 go ? If refused , paypal balance should be 130 not 0 .
So money are taken for paypal balance , u recived or still on hold due to paypal verification , not my problem .

Anyway , tomorrow ( monday ) will check with paypal support . Won't say anymore here . Lets see what u gonna lie more .
For Admin , monday / tuesday everything will be clear .

First of all i will say that i am glad he will get his money back, but it is obvious that the reason he will get his money back isnt because you refunded it initially, you stated now that this will all be resolved on "Monday/tuesday" when "Paypal support answers you", but it is clear that you see no other way out now than to pay him back, and now you will click "Issue full refund" on monday and headline that the refund is Instant received upon him clicking "Issue a full refund", but this will only happen now when you realised there is no other way out, so this is a failed scam attempt, i hope staff will see this for what it is.

I guess that you can read ? Paypal balance was -130 , recived 130 from a friend to cover the minus , paypal balance back to 0 .
If not refunded should be 130 not 0 .
-130 + 130 = 0
And refund can take 2-5 days
I said monday / tuesday cause paypal support dont work on weekend .
You trying to be victim so badly xD .
I m sending proofs here to epicnpc to remove your fake feedbacks , nothing sended to paypal or trying to prove something to paypal cause money refunded .

I have asked many people at this point, first of all, when a case is opened on paypal, the money in question is instantly frozen from the sellers paypal ammount, hence why you had -130, you DID NOT issue him a refund, because he would receive an email that you have, all you did was cover your negative balance on your paypal account. The money will not be refunded untill either you click "Issue a full refund" or this case ended, today at 18:00 he will get the right to escalate this case to a Dispute, where officialy paypal staff will be involved, if you do not refund this money before 18:00 today, you will also have to pay the dispute fee to paypal. And also, let's see this imaginary chat with paypal support you made, because you havent responded to the case whatsoever, you did not mention you will issue a refund officialy to paypal or anything, just stop lying, you won't get away with this.

Alternatively, you can respond to the case, and give official document and record that you had issued a refund, write on the case "I will issue a full refund to this person", that is all you need to write, either that, or the case will get escalated to a dispute, you have time untill 18:00 today his timezone, all you have done so far is lie, and not give any official detail nor response to the case.

Finally now that he had seen no other way out, he finnaly actually issued a refund. Like i said, i hope the staff will see this for what is is.
Here is the proof that he actually issued a refund just now 8th of July.

Like i have been saying the whole time, the moment he actually issues a refund, my friend will receive an email, and the case will be closed automatically.
He had wasted so much of our time, and nerves through all of this process only to try and get away with his scam, even with this money finnaly refunded, it does not change the fact this person has retrieved an account he sold and tried to abuse his reputation to scam people, untill eventually after days actually refunding the money in hope to save his epicnpc reputation.

Can you just stop playing with Words and stop Drama ?
First of all : when money on hold ( not out from paypal yet ) it will be shown as second paypal balance but on hold . Like the first photo ( from internet , not mine . And everyone can confirm that on hold money will be shown in first page of paypal when you log ) , my balance was 0 , you did refund , i accepted directly without any hesitation , ( you said already that i didnt sent to paypal any proof or somthing , which is true , cause money refunded directly and not a scam attempt as you said ) , so my balance become -130 .
I recived 130 from a friend to cover the minus . And balance backk to 0 .. there is no money on hold on my paypal cause money out !
You said that you changed your paypal to business after paying me , and you asked for refund after that , so paypal need to review your situation , already mentionned that refund take 2-5 business days .
If i want to scam you as you said , why didnt i sent any proof to paypal ? Or try to dispute ?
Anyway , you can check my paypal that no money was on hold , and 0 - 130 = - 130 , -130 + 130 = 0 .

Money wasnt on hold on my paypal , cause refund accepted and no on hold balance shown on my paypal as you can see .
And i just got notification that all is done , and i got back 7 euro from the 130 cause you cover the fee or idk .
As i said before , no need to scam ppl , or to get dirty money . Didnt had any single problem with all buyers / sellers , you think really i ll lose all hard work years for 130 euro ?

You got your money back which is was on hold ( not on my paypal ) .

All is clear now , nothing to say more , keep the Admin make his decision .

You can lie all you want, the proof is all here, there is clear proof that you didn't issue or ATTEMPT TO ISSUE any refund, because he would receive an email instantly, as he did when you did actually refund a few minutes ago, as the email states, refund was "ISSUED" 8th of July, there are no word games here, you have cost me my time, his time and his nerves, and you will not get away with this just like that. You don't even dare to apologise or make it right, you just keep lying and making yourself a victim.

He said in discord that he's using paypal of his friend ( which is known scammer's paypal )
And even epicnpc profile not his own one lol .

This guy is clearly trying to make me lose ppl's trust , and trying to reuduce my rep with his friends ( or his fake profiles who knows ) didnt even chat with him
Also the last feedback on epic , from his friend without any proof .
He even made a youtube video LoL
If you were Right and your proofs are legit 100% ( not playing with words ) why u did all this ?

He sent all this because he doesnt want people scammed by you, he cant force anyone to believe him you are a scammer, he has just sent the proof as it is, besides whenever someone asked about this situation, they have been given the epicnpc thread link, so they can decide for themselves wether you are a scammer or not.

I got last 3 feedbacks from the 2 players mentionned here ,
One of them said that i scammed him for account and money , second guy made 2 feedbacks without any single proof .
For the guy who said that i scammed him and he lost the acc + money , i showed my proofs that he got the refund .
+127 from Lazar
- 122 to lazar ( after fee )
He confirmed that he recived the refund .
He also sent proof that he recived notification of the refund .
I'm asking the Admin to remove the 3 last fake feedbacks on epic npc , cause this guy trying to drop my rep with fake reports .
