i don't have the code anymore but i still have the phone i used to start it, any way i can get a code texted or emailed to me?

no epic will send you how to disable it and then reinitialize it when he sees this

If you still have your phone, just enter the code from your phone to remove it.

by "refresh" you mean you reinstalled the Google Authenticator on your phone?

If you did that, then it won't work.

I'll PM you instructions on how to remove it.
