Trying to Upload Drivers ID Keeps Failing

Hi, ive tried on different phones ipads.. etc and when i try to upload my drivers id it keeps saying fail to upload would anyone have any good way to do it thanks

have you tried a pc? What browsers, whats the file size and type

no i havent tried pc yet as my pc rejects itunes im not sure why it just wont install it, its only 2 years old aswell, im not sure what the file size is as its taken on a phone/ipad and cant find where it tells you

oh it said it uploaded and i closed the tab i thought you check over the id first, so you upload the id and purchase the verifed im guessing?
