What is the dispute about?

HE came to me on 31 october bought my Epicseven account we negotiated for 510 euro and I give him all login detail and guided him on all the process on how he can unlink the account and use it as his own. ( EVERYthing was done in EPICNPC CHAT ) with proof. He got full ownership of the acc 2 factor and all. I helped him gear some units as he asked me spend 3hours helping him with that.
Everything went good and at the end of our conversation I asked him if everything is fine and he said yes and everything just worked flawlessly. Later on he messaged me on 4-6 days later he messaged me on discord saying he made a mistake he does not have time to play so he wants to sell the account back and even for half the money he bought it from I said I will think about it. IT seemed too good to be true because the account can easily be sold almost instant because of the value it has if sold anything bellow 400$ but he was going to give me back for 250EURO which was half the price and I got skeptical about it. and He also called me lucky that he is selling it back to me. IT sounded very fishy so I didn't say anything was thinking and 1 day later I get an email on paypal that the transaction was an error or unauthorized and the money I had was frozen as there is a case open now because he reported it as that to get the account and money and scam me. ONCE AGAIN everything is recorded. I messaged him he acted like he has no idea and then said his son bought battlefield 2142 ( the new one) and mistakenly tried to ask for refund. yes sure? I played along and told him to drop the case and we can move on ( actually I was still gonna report him) but he said and made a lot of excuses just fishing for time in hope of getting lucky and taking back the money. I will provide all the info and screenshots. I also have video recording if needed. Any assistance is highly appreciated. I will be using this dispute for paypal too.
