Ok so i just put an order in to become trust who verified. I emailed them my drivers license. How long does this usually take to become verified hopefully approved will this also grant me epic npc verification? Just curious if epicnpc verfied and trustwho verified are different. Also it wont allow me to access epic chat... can this be fixed.

You will have to wait for EpicNPC to logon to check things out. He is usually on by noon but since it's the weekend who knows, but he will login sometime tomorrow.

Trust Who is another company, so you'll have to check with them how long it takes.

i banned the user from the chatbox until the multiple banned accounts issue gets sorted
