Dear EpicNPC. I have completed the transaction with the buyer. The account has been handed over to the buyer, and the buyer has provided clarification. I was previously reported for taking too long to respond to messages. Because my device was having some issues logging into Google. When I returned, I saw my ID in the report. Please remove the caution mark from my account and restore my credit poin. Because it would make it difficult for me to sell on EpicNPC. Please help resolve this misunderstanding. The buyer and I have explained the reasons and completed the transaction properly and explained it to EpicNPC CM, but there has been no response. And I received a notification about a warning which has been resolved and said there was no action within 24 hours. As a seller, I felt disadvantaged and blamed for the negative impression I received from the impatient buyer who reported me without hesitation while waiting I was taking a solution to link the buyer's email to the game account. I have given access to the buyer using Facebook but he can't open Facebook because Facebook doesn't allow it and I've tried to link the buyer's email even though my cellphone was having problems logging into Google, that's why it took me 1-2 hours complete the transaction. I hope EpicNPC will review the error, which I didn't commit. I'm not a scammer because I gave my account to the buyer, and the buyer received the account as described. Thank you in advance.
