hi, i just bought a toon and i want to transfer it to a new account .. What i would like to know is the steps to it on how to do it .. i bought a new key for the new account, i just want to know the steps in doin it.. i know the first and last name and the address needs to be the same as the old account.. is there anything that i need to know ??...

When Transferring toons, unless it has changed since Pre-BC. The only thing that has to be the same on the account is the First & Last Name. Everything else can be different. (Although, I've been hearing the first name can be different now? IS this true?)
So what you want to do is create an account with the new CD-Key you purchased. From this point, I would still recommend using the original first & last name that was on the account you purchased. After you have that setup, go to the account you purchased and do a 'Character Transfer' and make sure you choose to move it to the new Account. If there's anything wrong in it will let you know before it transfers. (But since I have done one in years, I would suggest actually reading the FAQs on WoWs site).
Then finish up transfer and TADA character should be on the new account. Now... Correct ME IF I AM WRONG ON THIS PART but I've been hearing that now people can recall the toons even if they transfer? So what you may want to do is actually get the original account permma banned OR call Blizzard yourself and tell them that the original account name may have been compromised and that's the reason for the account change. And if it would be possible to perma remove access to that account (ban) since you won't be using it anymore. Typically when talking to blizzard they can ask you a question in regards to First Name & Last Name (you have to make sure this is correct), CD-KEY, SA/SQ, Address on Account. Hopefully you weren't supplied with fake information ^.^
Also if you don't want to talk to blizzard, you can always sign into the old Account and run around screaming profanities until you can suspended for 3 days. And then 3 days later, go back and get a perma ban. They typically do 2-3 bans like that, and I don't know of a for sure Perma ban. The easiest would be to call blizzard and see if they would do it, I've never done it personally but sounds like a good plan /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif I'll have to try it on my next tranasfer ^.^
