Traded a year ago, other trader may want to recall now?

Its a long story bla bla bla but anyways Ive had this shaman that got traded to me for an old rogue for nearly a year now. While I last talked to the dude a couple months ago he had told me he sold the rogue and might come back for ulduar or whenever they decide to release icecrown citadel.

Now if he decides to recall it what can I do and is there anything I can do other then talking to the guy to prevent it? (I dont want to give him ideas about recalling if I ask him not to do it since he seems a little shady).

For info sake the shaman has been through 3 accounts and now might be 4 accounts.

Account A. original owner's (shaman was an alt originally he sold it to trader, OO doesnt play anymore)I dont know any info about this account.

Account B. Trader's; I have all the info on this account and am wondering if I should self ban it(how).

Account C. Current account; mine with all the info and I recently merged it with a b.net and changed name,etc... to my info

Now here's the final question if it all ends up being good in the end, should I xfer to my main account and just ban accounts B/C? or could he still get it back even though its been quite a while (over a year). And yes I'm very paranoid about my accounts.


Edit: for clarity, the person that might come back is the trader although he knows Original owner irl. Both of us have his ID / personal info as well although Its probably changed and I've lost contact with OO.

Create this account with your information, and transfer it to a Battle.net account with your information as well. As long your information is the same on Account C, but the ORIGINAL name was the name of the trader, you'll be able to xfer your toon over to Account D with every piece of information as your own.</span>

I'd never really looked into this sort of stuff much but I found that post quite helpful. Thanks!
