Hey all,

I'm trying to verify my account with TrustAp, but am running into a problem.
I've provided trustap with all necessary information, I'm now verified and they don't require any identity documentation

However, when I click verify account here on epicNPC, I get the message "A server error occurred. Please try again later."

Any advice?

can i get a help too, i currently have similar problem. Someone wants to buy my accound but when i accept it there's an error saying
"Oops! We ran into some problems.
A server error occurred. Please try again later."

Most likely it's an issue with your Trustap account not being fully verified, but we'll take a look as well.

But my trustap already fully verified. All the informations it needed already been fulfilled

Trustap is returning an error when a transaction is attempted to be started on your account. We're still working with Trustap to investigate the cause of the error.

Your Trustap account is not active. You're from Indonesia which is not supported by Trustap. Sorry.
