Trade guardian refund not recived

Hello,

still waiting for more than a week for the refund of mm fee from

• Transaction #75835
• Transaction #75821

if there's any issue with the refund i would like to know what its happening.

Both payment refunds were issued on March 17th. Normally refunds take 1-3 business days to return. The longest a refund can be held for is 10 business days. This hold is due to the customer's credit card company, not our processor.

For some reason, your bank or card issuer is not processing the refund. I don't know the actual reason why this happens, but it's rare. Today is 7 business days, most likely it will be held the full 10 days if you haven't received it by now. You should have it by Friday at the latest. Sorry for the delay.
