Reported problem: Scammer, I paid them and they keep delaying the account transfer
Outcome of dispute: Transaction had been going for more than a week without any result (seller was trying to unlink thru in-game Customer Service). Then seller offered a refund and buyer accepted it. Even with both parties reached a deal with refund, somehow seller is continuing the CS process without confirmation from buyer (while it was still possible to stop the process) and still no refund after 24h.
Also as side note, seller seemed to haggle a lot, even for a small request from buyer like taking a simple screenshot, which also why the buyer felt unsafe with the transaction.
