It would not have deleted itself, unless you might have deleted it by accident? How long ago was this?
There is a separate inbox for trade guardian, so if you look at your main inbox and on the right side of that you will see trade guardian inbox.
If still no luck you can try using the search option to further narrow down your search.

TG chat has a option when sending messages that says "message contains sensitive info". If this is checked, the message will be permanently deleted after a certain amount of time (days, not hours) to ensure we do not store any sensitive information like login permanently.
They are permanently deleted so I'm afraid there's no way to recover that, sorry. You'll have to contact the seller for assistance.
