Toxiferous SCAMMER (updates)

I am so sorry this isnt one of WTS WTB WTT.

followings are what I just sent to the admin of the board.

so.. now what do you guys think?


This is idwib on the markee forum
- i recently got one of my buyer reversed his payment of 490.
- so i am reporting him as scammer.
- there are lots screenshots to show. bear with me please.

I am doing this for two reasons
- he should be banned because he is a scammer
- i want my negative removed.

scammer info
- markee name = toxiferous
- aim - youtrusttroy.

story ( i will make it short)
- toxiferous bought a mage from me.
- everything went well while dealing with him
- on the DEC 11th he claimed for his payment (unauthorized)
- on the dec 13th he won the case and got refunded.
- I reported him as scammer today (13th)
- he gave me neg claiming that I recalled mage today.(13th)

logical evidence
- he started claim on 11th, but was selling the mage on 12th. and claiming that i recalled mage on 13th.

- if you note that I posted "sold" on dec 4th and my paypal screenshot page would show that i recieved his payments.. on 4th.
- basically all information (they are mage, gear wise.. race.. ) match.
- i could even proof this from 'toxic' MD name . he has 21pos or something.. and he played that mage b4 i sold it.
- i also have full information of original owner originally sold that mage to me.


- IF these informations are not enough.. let me know.
- and if you his "wts mage" post was http://www.markeedragon.com/u/ubbthreads/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/268570/an/0/page/0/gonew/1#UNREAD and think he just deleted.. if you can track the record. somehow.. probably good evidence.

ive dealt with that twit youtrustroy on aim and had to resort to blocking him, he and his mate were sending me insults about me being Australian all because I didn't wanna pay his overpriced amount.

He used words like QQ nub like a typical follower, cause that's what followers and puppets do, they puppet everything they see hence alot of kids spamming ti in WoW ect..

it was hard to prove that I had that mage account which I sold to toxiferous.
So I am giving reference since TOXIC (guy i trust, with 20+pos rep) had played that mage, b4 i sold to toxiferous.

I had my brother attempting to trade the mage you 'sold' me when I was on vacation, I had no idea you recalled it until I got back and I filed a complaint for the payment, my brother continued to bump afterwards because he didn't know until I got ahold of him.

Pick and pry at every mistake I make to attempt to make yourself seem legit, give it up. I left you the feedback on the 13th only after you IM'ed me and spammed me with obscenities.. I've had many legit trades here and helped uncover many scammers, what makes you think the admins won't see through your [censored] as well?
