Tooclol is a scammer. Please ban

This scammer bought an account from me. Claimed the account was recalled. I said I would help him and refund even though I didn't believe him. The same day he told me the account is recalled, he listed it for sale here of all places. He's still bumping this thread. His thread has someone else accusing him of attempted scam and also a very reputable member who also said it looks like he's scamming. Either way, he called his credit card and said payment was fraud so PayPal took the money out saying it was unauthorized charge.

posted it for sale last Tuesday 3/29/16 at 830pm when he contacted last Tuesday around 1pm saying its recalled.

He also changed his skype. new skype = SUCKADUCKSPESHO

Post the chat logs when he contacts you to claim the account was recalled.

Skype chat is the second image I uploaded on the first post where he said it was recovered. Told me he worked so hard to get it to play promo and he was upset. LoL and all of sudden he has an account that's for sale in plat promo and also posted the elophant link with same skins and summoner name as the account I sold him

Thank you. That image confirms he reported the account recalled about 6 hrs before he posted it for sale.

He's been email notified.

Please post an image of the Paypal payment so I can see his email.

Skyxbomb I thought that meant you issued a refund, but based on the Paypal image, no refund was issued. On April 1st he disputed the payment?

Have you talked to him since March 29th? What did he say about why he posted the account for sale? If you have any chat logs, please post them.

Ban in 24 hrs if tooclol does not reply.

I haven't spoken to him since I found out he was lying and disputed PayPal charges. He was asking what other accounts I had for sale. I said I would make it up to him and offered huge discounts on my expensive accounts. I needed him to email riot and send me unaltered email from Riot because I've had this account for long time and didn't believe it was recalled. And the kid's acting isn't up to par. But nonetheless, I was offering him my accounts way below what I even paid for them to make it up. And would've issued full refund if he actually followed through and contacted riot to confirm it was recovered by the owner.
