Alright. Im going to be relatively brief on what I sold, for thats not the subject Im addressing. I sold two World of Warcraft accounts (A 70 druid in full venge/brutal, and a 70 rogue in full merciless). The buyer sent me a total of $650.00 USD. Once he/she recieved my full account information and had the accounts fully in their possession, they recalled the $650.00 USD. It was recalled within 6 minutes of me recieving it. Sigh.
Anyhow, the money was refunded to the buyer and paypal's so called investigation concluded that I would not be re-embersed due to the items I sold were not tangible/physical goods. So apparently they aren't covered. The buyer recieved their money back, and here I am with nothing. HOWEVER.....
After being incredibly pissed off, I committed my time to researching this person and obtaining all the information I could muster. I happen to have gathered so much information (Relatives, Every place they have lived at, Birthdate, Schools, Mothers maiden name, etc). Now... on to the juicy stuff...
The user that stole my accounts, has a "yahoo" email as their registered paypal email. I have gathered enough information to successfully use the "Password Reset" to their yahoo email, and gain access to it. Then, I can use the "Forgot Password" option at the Paypal login screen and request a password reset. I can then have access to their paypal account and do anything at my own discretion.
Now heres the sticky part. Apparently paypal happens to have a policy where you "CANNOT" file a second dispute over the same product. If I were to log into this persons paypal, send myself the $650.00 USD, (keep in mind Im planning on doing this from a local computer, possibly a library to keep my connection information masked), then this person couldn't do jack piss about it.
So, the question is, to retaliate... or not to? Should I just let it go? Or should I grab this situation by the horns and F*** this person back? Looking for opinions, and yes I understand their are possible consequences, but thats why Im asking for opinions. Thanks for your time guys.
