20 Feb - Sold a FRESH gaming account, Requested a google account from him so that we can bind the game data to his Google Account. Done deal, everything smoothly.
4 March - After ~ 2 weeks, Customer suddenly told me he dont know what happened, the account is banned. We instruct him to contact the dev for further assistance, customer said he ALREADY contacted them and the dev couldn't help. Customer ask us for another account or refund.
5 March - We told him WE couldnt, as we have agreed on the terms. If the bans is proven by official source that the reason is BEFORE the delivery time, we take full responsibility, but if it is AFTER or couldnt be proven by official source, we couldnt responsible as clearly we dont know what shady activities is conducted behind it after 2 weeks.
6 March - Customer then say that he can't login the account and then he told us that the dev somehow inform him the account is gone/deleted? And threaten us for a refund if not he will chargeback
At this point, I really got no idea after 2 weeks of selling the account which is being bind to his OWN google account, somehow he claim that the game data is deleted and then change to he cannot login? We seek for prove that it is our doing, he couldnt provide one and threaten us to chargeback.
Need clarity in this case, show us your Google Account past 30 days login history. There is no way we can somehow do something to your game account if we cant even login to your own Google account. We are good to any dev/official source of proof as well.
