Will not using the form as things get a little bit messy.

10 Feb - Customer bought a product from our store (We proceed to deliver instantly and informed that Gems is on Android). Extra info, Login info which is transfer code for this game is one-time usage.
Today - Customer inform us that the account is getting banned (claimed by him) and showing us this support message from the dev when he failed to recover his own account after 7 days of delivery when he have been given full access (one time transfer code).

- It clearly shows that he is trying to recover the data (login info?) after he mess up something from his end.
- It shows that the support clearly told him cant possess multiple account, in other word, he is getting caught of account trading/owning multiple account.
- We got no idea nor interested what he told the support which lead to them knowing that he is buying account/owning multiple account.

On Terms 12, we clearly stated we are not responsible for this.

Customer insisted that on Terms 14, we stated we will provide compensation if it is banned. That is indeed true, but we also stated that we will only take responsibility if it is getting banned from hack before we deliver the account.

Customer unable to provide proof that the account is getting banned because of hack and clearly shown on the image above that the dev is telling him that they could not recover the account due to him owning multiple accounts. We keep telling him that we take 100% full responsibility if the problem is caused by us in which we are involved in immoral way.

Customer proceed to threaten us for a chargeback and then proceed to inform us that he is GOING TO chargeback. Since we are being threaten to a chargeback for something that is not our mistake nor can be proven it is error from our end, we will also be returning the favor. Below censored some image for the privacy of the customer.

If you can proof us that we have caused the account to be banned, we willing to provide 100% full refund + compensation. But the problem now is you mess up, as if (assumption) you do not like the account, you go and tell the dev I bought this account and ban it, then it is getting banned and you want us to responsible for it and threaten to chargeback on us.



ADD ON for the admin since it been found out that he got a history of using similar tactics of scamming, this is his purchase/contact proof to and also can trace back his previous epicnpc account as well.

ok i understand you can do nothing for the game account but why you blackmailing and you want to leak the credit card of a customer? why we are not protected when we buy on his website??

Seems like you have a long history of scamming other with similar tactics. Talk about experience, really well done. Still intend to use police to threaten us somemore hahahaha.
