Describe the problem: @Item bought 5 packs of Warframe PC packs from me on Sep 29, 2023. I have delivered the requested packs and he accepted/added them to his account. He then contacted me on Oct 08, 2023 for another 2 packs I have delivered those packs successfully as well. We shared feedbacks each other.
On Oct 13, 2023 he claimed that his platinums got removed from his account by saying "Something happened with the packs", I tried my best to understand what was going on and suggested him to contact with support. He then sent me some screenshots from ingame which was saying a reversal/refund but the game didn't refund anything as the screenshots claimed. There is no evidence/proof on which Warframe account he used to accept my packs and on which account those screenshots were captured. So I said we need to wait till the refunds have been issued by the game. No refund has been issued so far, I also checked the products I delivered him and there was no refunds as clearly seen from the proofs I provided below. He was basically claiming something but there was no evidence about his claims.
He threatened me by saying he would leave bad feedback about me and blackmailed me into getting a refund or new packages (this was clearly a red flag if there was something wrong with my services so why would anyone want another service to compensate for it?)
I asked him to contact the game support about a refund if they would give me a refund then and only then I could issue a refund to him but he refused saying he would need my ID and he don't want to mess with the support. He belittled our currency and my business.
He even told me to file a chargeback through my bank which would put his account in danger of being banned. Of course I didn't do that.
I handed over everything he bought from me and he tried to scam me with some false claims and demanded me to provide free services or refund even though he has the packs. I have done everything to help him about his claims but obviously they were false claims and there is nothing left I can do for him, he then started to insult me. He made racist statements. Below I have proven his claims were false.
As a long term trusted seller I'm not going to provide free service or issue a refund to anyone who threatens me without getting my items back.
I request this racist scammer to be banned from our community to prevent further possible scam attempts.
