Describe the problem: @Item bought 5 packs of Warframe PC packs from me on Sep 29, 2023. I have delivered the requested packs and he accepted/added them to his account. He then contacted me on Oct 08, 2023 for another 2 packs I have delivered those packs successfully as well. We shared feedbacks each other.

On Oct 13, 2023 he claimed that his platinums got removed from his account by saying "Something happened with the packs", I tried my best to understand what was going on and suggested him to contact with support. He then sent me some screenshots from ingame which was saying a reversal/refund but the game didn't refund anything as the screenshots claimed. There is no evidence/proof on which Warframe account he used to accept my packs and on which account those screenshots were captured. So I said we need to wait till the refunds have been issued by the game. No refund has been issued so far, I also checked the products I delivered him and there was no refunds as clearly seen from the proofs I provided below. He was basically claiming something but there was no evidence about his claims.

He threatened me by saying he would leave bad feedback about me and blackmailed me into getting a refund or new packages (this was clearly a red flag if there was something wrong with my services so why would anyone want another service to compensate for it?)

I asked him to contact the game support about a refund if they would give me a refund then and only then I could issue a refund to him but he refused saying he would need my ID and he don't want to mess with the support. He belittled our currency and my business.

He even told me to file a chargeback through my bank which would put his account in danger of being banned. Of course I didn't do that.

I handed over everything he bought from me and he tried to scam me with some false claims and demanded me to provide free services or refund even though he has the packs. I have done everything to help him about his claims but obviously they were false claims and there is nothing left I can do for him, he then started to insult me. He made racist statements. Below I have proven his claims were false.

As a long term trusted seller I'm not going to provide free service or issue a refund to anyone who threatens me without getting my items back.

I request this racist scammer to be banned from our community to prevent further possible scam attempts.

This user has the audacity to not post anything else like the proof I sent him that 3 of the packs of several I purchased for over 200 total. I literally gave him all the proof. They reversed 3 of the packs he had gotten me due to a suspicious transaction. I gave him months to resolve it but all the excuses and non-understanding of what and how to resolve a customer problem got me to my bad side. Sure he gave me the Epic accounts to redeem the items but days later 3 items from those got revoked by the game which is the same as some recovering a sold account or the original owner takes it back somehow or simply a chargeback happened etc.

All I know is that I do not have those 3 items from what I bought from him/her anymore, I respected them til the end when they simply just wouldn't help or resolve a solution.

The amount estimated lost from the 3 packs is 105$ which is less than half of what I spent with this user. attached is the relevant discord conversation. And yes I was a bit racist and super pissed at the end but who wouldn't. I was literally talking to a wall for several weeks giving him everything I could and the time.

I omitted the personal info as instructed in the directions. If this ever gets resolved, I'll apologize for my language simply because I was in a moment of anger and frustration.

Oh and here's the full screenshot from the game. And additionally the time stamp of one of the packs, that is reversed, I've gotten from them. Just so you know it's from them you can compare the timestamp.

Also just because he's a mod doesn't mean he isn't immune to disputes and liabilities. I'm not a scammer, you will clearly see it. What a powertrip.

Let's put what happened clearly in order:
1. He purchased 5 packs on Sep 29, 2023 and those are delivered to him.
2. He purchased other 2 packs on Oct 08, 2023 and those packs are also delivered.
3. He claimed without evidence that the platinum was removed from his account on October 13, 2023, but the other items were untouched and he still had them.
4. After 2 weeks he sent me a small ingame message that says "During an investigation, we found several suspicious transactions received by your account which required reversal. We would like to work with you to resolve this as soon as possible."
5. In this case he needed to contact with the support and ask for a refund/reversal but he didn't do this. Instead, he tried to blame me for the products I delivered to him, and a month later, he did not accept that he was responsible for the products he received.
6. He did not take responsibility and continued to blackmail me and asked me to provide free service or refund the money. If he wants to get the new packs he has to pay for it as everyone does. This was not right or fair, as a trusted seller I did my part in this transaction and provided everything in return for his payment. But he didn't want to suffer the consequences of using a third-party service.
7. I never touched or logged into his Warframe account. He's in control of his account, I don't even know if he's done some actions that Warframe doesn't allow. This might be something related with Warframe side.
8. In this case, I can only refund if the game refunds me the payment for the products I paid. Or I can offer a new product as he wanted. Otherwise, it would directly mean that I would be defrauded.

Here are the credit cards I used for those transactions and the credit card statements which proves I never got a refund from the Warframe.

False FYI - You can clearly see I asked and need your ID for the transactions in question, I need your ID to rectify the reversal.
They obviously put a hold/reversed the suspicious transaction. Probably due to you making them too quickly.
So I can't verify the original payment method without the original details of the number of the card and the ID of the owner of the card, I cannot fix it myself.
Due to you being in another country that will get me banned from the game for RMT obviously.
I even said it in Discord all of this and told you specifically I need your details but you're too dumb to get that through your brain. But obviously, we can't do that.
This money is pennies to me, I do day trading with crypto that why I was able to pay in crypto in the first place.
It's just principle at this point. So if you want to be stubborn not help me fix it then I'm going to call you out. It's pretty simple.
It's like going to a restaurant, if the food served to you is bad, they take it back and remake it or refund you.
Admins do whatever you need to do but this is what I have to deal with. He can keep the damn money at this point if he so dearly needs it.

Next time a customer has a problem just say no I won't help you, it will avoid all of this.
State in your post, that you will not offer additional help after the goods are successfully delivered.
Pretty basic policy, go GTFO your bullshit saying I'm trying to scam you when in reality you know you might have ****ed up somewhere and just don't want to help and lose the money you dearly so need.

Also:
1. I know better than to scam a MODERATOR of the site, been here for 8 years going 9. I would have gone with some lowbie that offers the same service and is cheaper and scammed them.
2. If I intended to scam why did I pay with crypto? I intended to keep and play with the items. I would have simply paid with anything else that would get me back my money with no interaction with you.
3. I'm just saying, it makes zero sense for me to attempt any of this headache.
4. We got to this point because you offered literally no assistance besides making me wait just to make me mad.

We've come to a mutual agreement. And I'd like to say I am sorry for the rude racial remarks made towards Taki and the berating, it was just too much of a combo of things during that day. I was just straight heated already before messaging him back about the situation then it just snowballed like crazy.
