following this thread, https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/gave-me-1-star-after-cant-get-his-money-back.2385758/ after the admin remove his feedback, he comeback again and give me low feedback again. and he said " Deceptively sold me a smurf pooled account "
i tried to message him but he wont replay me meanwhile he still online on the forum

this guy is so annoying, he reported the case to the paypal but paypal not agree with him so the paypal let me get the money. and now he come here to give me low star

So essentially I initiatlly gave him 5 stars after he asked me to do so cause everything seemed fine, the screenshot that the seller is including clearly show that I, at one point, say that QUEUE TIMES SEEM FINE

What I did in order to try to test for the account not to be smurf pooled was look for a match and cancel once I get the "ACCEPT MATCH" message

After purchasing the account (of course not earlier, because I don't want to play games on an account that I haven't paid for) i played 2 games and started noticing that the account provided a TERRIBLE gaming experience which the seller did no indicate, and that's because the account is flagged by the system as someone who created a new account and started smurfing. This separate queue works in a way where there are very toxic people in it, griefers, and other account buyers

Seller HID this information from me knowing that it was bad, so I want to change the following feedback to 1 star

He also did not want to provide a refund, because he knows it's a bad account and scammed me. He also called me stupid and idiot for accepting the conditions, so HE IS VERY AWARE

I just don't care about the money any more, he can keep the money I'll keep that terrible account, but I want to make sure he gets negative feedback for being deceptive

Please let me know how I can do that, wether it's by modifying the original feedback or allowing me to create a new one with 0 stars

You know the account condition before bought the account. You said IM being Deceptive just because you got terrible gaming matchup, i ask you. Did all the Players do the same things ?????
The worst thing is you want to take back your money from Paypal just because i let you use good and services without my confirmation. Its seems like you the one who is aware right ?

Keep it, just making sure you get negative feedback for being a liar

4. you already played my account for some games and want your money back just because you got a not good teammates and said that " its impossible to play the account ". if you are noob dont buy an immortal account and dont blame your teammates also the seller. i ask you, do all players behave the same way ? next time please dont buy an immortal account if you're low skilled player and blame your teammates nor the account if you lose the game!
5. you trying to get your money back from paypal since we're using good and services without any confirmation from me but after i tell everything to the paypal, they dont let you to get your money back since its not my fault and this thing make me dont have any respect to you anymore

2. If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
- If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
- If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed
