What is the dispute about?
The user told me that he would give me a discount on the purchase of a product, and later showed me different videos that did not match his user ID and "supposedly" were his and evidence of the account he was selling to me. Notably, even the video ID didn't match his user ID, but the user looked like he would actually sell me the product. The seller told me to make a payment of $40 through PayPal friends and family, and later he would give me access to the account. It was all very strange, since the user in question contradicted himself a lot. I finally agreed and paid him the $40, the user went around telling me that he did not have access to the account and that in 4 hours he would give me the account, but it was not like that and finally he ended up disappearing with my money.
