Okay so before I start, this is how I started chatting with the scammer, quite a funny story lol.

So about two days ago, I got CS2 Beta access on my account, so I made a thread here to rent my account.
I then started looking for people who wanted to buy or rent a cs2 account and I saw this guy who was looking for one (link to thread gonna be below in the dispute information).
So today at 3am I commented and asked, if he still was looking for a cs2 account and copy-pasted my thread, so he could look at it and maybe rent my account.

An hour later, someone else commented with his discord username, saying he is selling one. Now about 40 minutes ago, I saw that and thought it was the thread creator, who sent his discord username, so I added him.
Not even a minute chatting with him, I realised, it was not the thread creator, but I wanted to buy a new account anyway, so I kept chatting.

Now lets go down to the Dispute Information.

Describe the problem:

Start with Screenshot 1 and go on with screenshot 2, 3 and so on

So here is how it went:

I sent a friend request and he immediately accepted

We talked and he then started to send me his CS2 Account proof screenshots...

I then asked for price (now this is important, that's how I knew he was scamming me)

Screenshot 2, he said he was selling. Screenshot 3, he said he was reselling

Screenshot 4, he sent a big ass text of information, it was obviously copy-pasted

On screenshot 5, he said 170, as in 170 USD for the account, remember that

I agreed first and then he asked how I wanted to pay, he asked if Paypal is okay

I let him wait about 10 minutes before saying "sorry i got an acc here for 120" as you can see in screenshot 6

Now 120 USD is 30% less than 170 USD

He then said "we can arrange on the price"

So I went with 80 USD (53% less)

He then went with 100 USD

Now just thinking logically, going from 170 USD to 100 USD is quite questionable, that means he was overselling the price by a lot.

But I went even lower... I said 85 USD and... he agreed...

now 85 USD is exactly 50% less.

I then wanted to use Trade Guardian

He said "I’m not the account I buy it With the money you give me from an intermediary and I take the profit (a percentage)"

Now that means he was trying to get 100% profit out of this, which is obviously a scam. If the account was actually 85 USD and he wanted 95 USD, that would be totally okay, understandable, but NO, it became even worse.

He first sent fake ass screenshots as proof, that he was not scamming, but **** those screenshots right?

I asked him how much the price of the account really was as you can see on screenshot 8 and bro really said 60

Now what the actual ****? He tried getting almost 200% profit out of this? Now this is even worse than scamming LMAO

Now I didn't believe him anymore so I said I like his idea and I want to do the same, so he should send me the original link of the account

He refused, but he was stupid enough to copy-paste the account information. after googling 1 minute, I found the account on a different website and it was there for 300 USD

That means, he is full of ****

So he said because I am in europe, price is different, which is even more than full of ****

He then blocked me
