Hello

I am Gleneroo.

I deny any wrongdoing.

I do not see any proof of this accusation and I also offered assistance to buyer ; I am still waiting to get a clear description of what the issue is.

All transaction was done and supervised with official Middleman (Dop3Boost).

One fact is, few days ago abquake claimed middleman stole his account and reported this as well.

No proof was provided also in this claim against middleman.

This is just inconsistent.

I have several transactions with positive feedback. The buyer is a new member.

I am asking for the flag on my profile "Warning: Trade with caution" to be removed (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presumption_of_innocence) as this damages my reputation.

I am available for a chat with middleman and buyer to see if I can help figure things out.

The transaction lasted about a week
If the account was recovered The seller must be responsible.
This account did you buy from someone else ?

Dear MM, to clarify, I am not accusing you, I just say an accusation was made against you. This is a fact.

Please prevent yourself from sentences like "(...) @Gleneroo must be responsible", as this is not fact based.

Transaction took quite some time because of few payment means existing between buyer country and seller country (i.e. india and Europe), seller refused paypal and buyer couldn't do a bank wire transfer. It was just time to prepare things.

I did not buy this account from anyone else.

Edit: 19 days ago was 21 June.

I have confirmed these 2 images are accurate. The recovery settings for the email pierrelyuvc80y, which was given to the buyer at the time of sale, have been changed back to Gleneroo's phone number and email.

This is proof you recalled the email. The only reason to recall the emial is if you plan to recall the account also.

Please provide a full refund to the buyer asap or you will be banned in 48 hrs.

Hello

As MM and/or admin, you should have an approach fact based, neutral, and balanced.

I don't see what the above pictures have to do with me. It just shows email password has been changed AFTER sale, which is normal. I believe this happens in 100% of cases. At the time of sale, MM is supposed to change password and all security, after transfer, buyer should do the same. This is normal practice. Please check the dates, this was AFTER the sale.
The above picture shows also recovery phone is ending with 64. If needed I can prove this is not my case by SMS exchange with an official member. Also, if the xx are hidden numbers, then the format itself doesn't even match with my country !!!

Please note also two facts:
1/ No proof was provided the game account was hacked. Before checking other things, check the accusation first...
If one would connect to game, search this player ID. Anyone can do that now. It shows account is being played (gold mines are empty), and name playing is "zabquake", which is quite similar to "abquake", isn't it ?
2/ Email address hacking wouldn't prevent player to connect to game account anyway (this is how it works with Supercell ID) as long as it connected once before. It just prevents to connect to a new device.

I am a long member of EpicNPC with several successful transactions. I have done nothing wrong. There is not any proof I did anything wrong. I should not be banned. My profile should be purged of accusations.

I have nothing against abquake who seemed like a nice fellow, but he should provide evidence of what he said. No proof was provided account was hacked and if his account was indeed hacked there is no proof it was me. It is just possible he forgot his own password ! I am also sorry for him the red devils lost, but this has nothing to do with me too.

I need my EpicNPC account restored because I have done nothing wrong. I contribute to the investigation through several messages. I have at least one other game account to sell (Clash Royale), also through MM for safety. On EpicNPC I even gave game account for free to motivated players (check my history).

Please note it would be too easy for any buyer to just change his password (as he should do anyway), then claim without proof it has been stolen, and ask compensation. Proof should be provided.

I have provided enough screenshots that the google account has been recalled, and I no longer have access to the said COC or Gmail account. Although the account is saved on my device for now, but two people are playing that coc account. And it will be removed as soon as there is a temporary suspension on the account. As soon as the account was hacked, it was in a Venezuelan Clan, thats why i suspected it might be the MM. But I have been talking to MM for last couple days and he is helping me out in every possible manner.
I have created a dispute with skrill and with my credit card company for now. Also whoever is playing on that account, has spoken to my clan leader and told him "I hacked into that account and I am not the owner of that account. Also he has raised a ticket with Supercell for claiming back that account".

I was travelling at the time when my account was hacked, hence i couldnt do anything about it.

I tried reaching out to seller asking him to recall the account as he is the original owner(and knows all the info about the account) and he is the only person who can claim the account and give it back to me.

I told my clan mates that the account is borrowed from a friend with gleneroo being my friend here, now please find the below chat log of my and my clan leader where my clan leader had a chat with the hacker/alleged owner of the account

I am not sure how many more proofs I will have to provide that I dont have access to the email anymore.

@Gleneroo please understand this investigation is complete.

It has been confirmed you have recalled and regained access to the email account which was provided to the buyer.

This is the email account given to the buyer.

The recovery setting were changed by the MM and this email was given to the buyer who further updated the settings.

The security settings on this email account now show your infomation, which confirms you recovered the email account.

Since the email has been recalled, we do not need proof that game account was recalled. This is irrelevant, you are automatically found guilty as you have taken the email account back.

As stated, this investigation is complete and you are left with two options.

1) Be banned and we'll instructed the buyer to charge back the payment against you.
2) Issue a full refund within 24 hrs.

I believe this is misleading.
I would like you to post your messages and answers.

To me you only wrote to me 2 times:
- on 25 June with issues reported, and I answered to you to just change security.
Then I had no news and thought everything was fine.
- then more recently, with a quite aggressive tone, so I answered not so nicely.

It shows I pretty reasonnably answered to you, fast, and tried to help ! This is not like you contacted me and I ignored you.

It appears Admin has decided to put me guilty although I am not. So my EpicNPC account may disappear. If you want, feel free to contact me on my email address (above here), and if I am asked on a respectful manner, I will help where I can.

About transactions, with all this I am quite worried about safety.
We did everything in the rules, including have an official middleman.
Then I understand: Seller can retrieve his account at any time as he wants.
Buyer can recall his money at any time as he wants.
So the model of selling/buying accounts doesn't seem very reliable.....

Please don't ban my EpicNPC account until this is over, and/or contact me on my hotmail address.

Now I am asking you to do that again and let me know if you have any success with that(you can do that as you are the original owner of that account), if not I will proceed with the dispute. I didn't raise a dispute until the account was recalled. Please trust me I cannot express my politeness/gratitude when I have lost money and account both. I am trying to be as nice as possible with you being the alleged hacker/scammer here.

What you write is incorrect again, saying "loosing money and account both" because you confirmed you didn't loose account YET. It is just not secured, but you still have it.

I will try to let you know outcome after I am banned because they say results of their examination takes 3 to 5 working days.

i paid 240$ for a secured account, i dont see any difference to what you are saying.. "having an account' or "not loose the account yet" because the village is saved on my device. You want me to wait some more so supercell can take an action and ban my accounts as well ? Please understand the situation I am in right now for I understand why you dont want to negotiate here. Also please dont take this otherwise, but i dont think you are the original owner of this account or you are lying about it. I'll take it by two cases for you:

Case A- You lied about being the real owner of the account and sold it before the real owner claimed his/her account which you hacked into. And now the real owner is claiming his/her account but I am not sure how to communicate with them.
Case B- You are the real owner of the account and you allegedly lied about recalling the account and wanted to scam me(or anyone for that matter). Cause there is only one more person MM who knew the account details. So there are only two people here who I dont know.

Either ways I appreciate you at least trying to get resolve this and I am willing to wait 3-5 days for the same. And if you share the login credentials over mail. I would gladly close this ticket and the dispute I raised.

Refusing to read and look at the evidence does not mean it doesn't exist.

As stated twice before it has been confirmed my multiple people, including myself, you recalled the email account that belonged to the game account.

Gleneroo has been banned for scamming. Abquake, please open a Paypal dispute against the seller if you haven't already and update this thread once Paypal makes a decision.

We used skrill as a payment method. I have already raised a dispute on Skrill, using that I will create a dispute with my Credit Card company.
