Vendor received the payment on friday
Buyer gave me his email a few hours later
I delivered the account monday morning.
FEedback says I waited 6days (false).
I tried explaining my whole city was on lockdown and I not could carry out the TG on the weekend due to the fact that they were literally testing me for the virus, there has been an huge outbreak here.
The city was on lockdown and people were getting tested I could not deliver the account totally out of my Control, I resulted positive (false) and they would not let me leave until further tests. I had no MM activity as a matter of fact.
Excluding that the feedback is 100% false, I did not wait 6days as he claims as you can see from the TG logs.
Every customer of mine never waited more than aan hour for delivery, this is an extreme exception due to an outbreak of an extremely infective virus that has already killed 100 people in my country. Even though not in the rules I believe a virus outbreak should be a valid exception for not delivery 1account for a day and a half.
First thing Today once I finally got home was delivering the acct. Admins can check my IP login, I was in a special hospital made specifically for highly infective virusses and my IP will appear from a diffent isp for the few minuts I logged in the last 3days.

Feb 26, 12:39pm - fee paid
Feb 26, 1:12pm - MM added
Feb 26, 1:34pm - MM receives item (2 channels)
Feb 27, 2:14pm - MM secured items

Feb 27, 3:04pm - buyer pays seller
Feb 28, 6:14am - buyer provides MM with their email to transfer channel
Feb 29, 3:339am - MM sends invite to email (1)
Mar 2, 2:57am - MM sends 2nd invite (1), completed transaction

Quite honestly, this wasn't a very smooth transaction.

1) You updated the status to "Item received/secured" on Feb 26th, but didn't actually secure it until Feb 27th. The status should not be updated until it's secured. This can cause confusion or the buyer can send payment before you actually secure the account.

2) On Feb 29th you transferred 1 channel, but forgot the other and didn't transfer that for 2 days when the buyer asked.

Feb 26 to March 2 is about 4 and a half days, so yes, less than 6 days. I updated the comment to reflect the correct time.

I do see you told the buyer this on March 2nd, but not before. You could have mention something on Feb 26, 27, 28 or 29 if your were worried the city was going to go into lockdown.

The comment is accurate now, so only the star rating remains.

Normally with YT channels, there is a 24 hrs wait period that needs to happen to fully secure the account.
The buyer also took 16 hours to provide you with the email they wanted to use.

With the 24 hrs wait and 16 hours delay, this transaction should have been completed by Feb 28 or 29th at the latest. It appears you did make a mistake by only sending 1 invite on Feb 29 and not 2. If the user believe this was a slow as stated in his comment, they we're can't just change the review. I'm sorry.

@Alanase as stated above the full time line was about 4 and an half days, not 6 as you originally posted. Are you willing to change this to a 2 or 3 star review instead?

Thanks for keeping the review to one star. The mm failed to inform me for any delay and was responding to epicnpc threads while I was waiting for delivery.
This was not a smooth transaction. The MM only secured 1 out of 2 accs so when MM was busy responding to other threads on this forum the seller added me as owner to one of the accounts. If EpicNPC staff chooses to remove my 1 star review I will fight and write a detailed review of this poor MM experience. If it is only the feedback comment I won't waste my time. If I could update the feedback description I can write the detailed feedback review because I see MM was not happy with the last one hah

Im fine with a feedback, but it's 100% not worth a 1star for the delay, 1star is a scam or something major. I never seen give 1 star even when vendors and buyer dispute on PP and hold the trade for weeks until a resolution by you, it's resolved with a 3 star. Now If me delivering the accounts constantly late I would deserve a 1star and probably to be fired, but once in year event totally does not deserve a 1star. I do not want his feedback removed, but it to reflect the actual transaction. He lost nothing but a weekend without the account,. First thing in the morning it was delivered. Is it really major?

@ITALY Feedback is not chosen by the person receiving it ha

There are guidelines, which is what I am arguing about.
"but it's 100% not worth a 1star for the delay, 1star is a scam or something major. I never seen give 1 star even when vendors and buyer dispute on PP and hold the trade for weeks until a resolution by you, it's resolved with a 3 star. "
Therefore the 1star is totally undeserved, it is disproportionate to the forums standards. I'll let the admin decide and close according to his judgement. As you can see Mike is very fair, he'll play no favorites. Let him decide and we can close this. I wont reply anymore. In order to deserve a 1star feedback you must do something major, or have constant issues. A small delay is 100% not a 1star, never seen it applied once in 2 years I've been here.d People who scam and return the funds get a "resolved" tag.

-1) Is a 1star proportionate to the issue caused? Clearly not, it's a small delay its 100% not a 1star
-2) Do I really deserve 1 star feedback for this after I've proven myself to handle 2k+ transactions ?
-3) Do I deserve a 1star after this issued happened once in 200trades? If it were to be regular, a 1star would be appropriate. A one timer minor thing is not a 1star, it has to be proprtionate

Excluding my immaculate record, a small delay is not a 1star. I am not sure why you are so bitter, I could understand a 3star for a delay, but a 1star is absolutely out of proportion by commonsense and by the standards we use and have always been using in the forums. Literally people who scam or have big issues and refund get a neutral. People who mess up big trades get a neutral. I hope the admins can see this since they have more experience and have been around more.
Maybe you do not see how heavy a 1star feedback is, but trust me sir It's VERY VERY heavy on one's reputation

If one star for MMs is only allowed after MM scams someone then it means the MM will get banned. And there will never be MMs with one star feedback.
Look bro you took ages, you secured one out of two accounts, you did not inform about your situation in hospital until feedback, you were replying to forum threads when you should have be doing what you get fee paid for.
Now tell me how one star is unfair for this poor experience.

I see we cannot resolve this.
I am sorry for the issue caused Alanase, If you ever decide to use TG again I assure you other Middlemen @doomedtofail @ARMIK will handle the trade smoothly and quickly. Make no mistake, i was at fault but I assure you other MMs will handle your transactions according to TG standards. Sorry again, we can close this thread.
Thank you anyway.
