SvPeaCock AIM: Meowwow4 not providing ID as promised. Been 10 days.

<span style="font-weight: bold">Markee Dragon Account of Scammer:</span> (Not really a scammer, but not keeping up to his word. His MD account is svpeacock)
<span style="font-weight: bold">Other information: I purchased the account on June 4th. I asked for an ID on the same day as purchase. As soon as I sent the money; he said "let the bank clear the money first" then I will send you an ID. So being a nice guy, I waited and let the money clear. Once the money cleared, he tells me "he isn't a scammer, and will get me an ID." So I wait a couple days more, and then he tells me none of the places near him have a working scanner. So then he tells me his girlfriend will get it scanned; and I wait a couple days more and still nothing. I give him 24 hours to get me a LEGIT ID ( Because I think something fishy is going on here) or I am going to dispute all the money I have spent on this toon ( I will obviously give him back the toon). I kept up to my end of the deal, but obviously he hasn't. </span>

In his hunter thread where he was selling , he said:

This is my personal account. I'm the only person on the planet with the info. Will give armory and show in game.

2 days after I bought it, I find out he previously bought the hunter from the OO. I just don't feel safe on this hunter, as I thought svpeacock was the OO...

I confronted svpeacock a couple days ago about this issue, and he says "Look at my rep" and He tells me "There is a 14 day wall after an xfer, where the OO can't recall" which is a bunch of [censored].

I feel like I have been lied to, and I really just want a refund as I don't feel safe on this hunter. The main purpose of me spending $500+ on an account was to get it directly from the OO, which I did not. I REALLY want a refund as the deal has not met up to my expectations and I have been blatantly lied to.

You did not get scammed but you were lied to. Do me a favor and post the AIM log screen shots where he clearly states that he is the OO and will be sending you an I.D. Also show the second, third, and however many times you've gone back to him asking for the ID yet he keeps giving you excuses.

I never said I got scammed. The whole purpose of this thread was to get my ID. If you look at it in a technical way, he is OO considering he xferred the toon off his account onto a new one and merged it onto bnet with his name... but his post is VERY misleading. I'm giving him 24 hours before I open a dispute, as I have been loyal to my end of the deal. After spending $500 on the account, I expect to get EXCELLENT service and not be lied to. I don't have all the screenshots, as I haven't been IMing him from one pc. I do however have the screenshots of when I bought the account, and him saying "I'll send the ID after the payment clears"

Everyone says that had it around for a long time, I don't really view to many threads unless those that concern people I think are somewhat scammer related (spveacock i've had my suspicions), or some interesting rants. Then I just keep to myself.

I made that avatar a long time ago, a lot of people took it from my paypal Q&A Thread and claimed it came from some paypal help website forgetting it was mine on this forum lol.
