Paid $112 for powerleveling. He didn't log on for quite a few days, so I reset my password and asked for a refund. He agreed, although he said his paypal account was locked due to all the money that came in to him, and that he
needed a key to verify himself. I now doubt this was true, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt at the time. Haven't seen or been contacted by him in a week, and was told the refund would of came by today.
It looks as if he scammed someone else as well in his powerleveling service post. If he actually does give the refund I'll edit out this post, but for now do not buy or sell to him. I opened up a dispute on paypal for this case.
Also, don't buy or sell to Levelbros, 100% sure they are a scammer, didn't lose nearly as much money on them, but they have quite a few complaints from others as well. Opened up a dispute on them as well, and they replied that I have their steam account that I traded for, which isn't the case, I purchased only $20 worth of powerleveling.
