I bought an account from him, transferred 20 euros through friends and family, he began to say that the payment came to him, but is being processed, after that he changed his discord nickname (but I still have screenshots of the old nickname) and stopped responding to my messages. As mentioned from the User above and also seen on the Screenshots, the Money is still pending on PayPal. He also got told in screenshots that the Account will be delivered when the Payment is no longer Pending. If he isn’t comfortable with waiting for that he can open a Case on PayPal and the Money will be refunded from my Side.
