we made a swap for account, traded my wow classic mage for his rogue on wow classic.
first of all he NEVER mentioned he was not OO of the account.
i got an email that the email was changed on it and i dont have acces to the account anymore

he said he needed to ''contact the company he bought it from''... he never mentioned wich company he bought it from, im pretty sure there aint no company he bought it from

he has been online several times but havent replied since tuesday to anything, he didnt let me know anything at all. i guess he just prefer to keep the mage and the rogue.

first of all, he never asked if i was OO of the account.
secondly.. i bought the account from playerauctions.com.. but since their crypto currency was not working.. i used paypal off the site with the person.
as far as being able to give the mage back.. that was just said so he can leave me alone for a few minutes so i can figure out what happened.
the OO of the account reclaimed the account.. and in attempts to reach out to him did not answer any emails or calls.

Again, throughout our conversation on discord he never asked if i was the original owner or where i got the account from. We made a fair trade a month after i bought the rogue and put gear on him with no issues. It is no longer my problem that the OO got the account FROM HIM... As you can see the OO has never responded to me and has made off with my $300. I am disputing that with paypal. If he wants the mage, we can either propose another trade or i can be compensated as we both have lost in this trade. for me to rightly give him the mage back, without a certainty that he could have changed the account himself, and made this whole ordeal to be able to receive the rogue i traded and the mage he had before... is preposterous.

in my position, i did nothing wrong. this is the chances we take when playing in the black market of MMORPG games..

First of all, you should always let the other person know you are oo or not, second of all i can understand your point of view but thats not how it works in trading. You traded over the account to me. You are responsible to this. You should either give me the rogue back. (Wich i dont want because i obviously dont feel safe on it) so you should give me my mage back. Imo thats your only option. WE made a trade so its your responsibility. Not whoever you bought it from or what so ever. I dont got acces to any account so basically i lost 300$ myself. In the end you are responsible for this
 
Might be possible ofcourse that the OO recovered it and you did not. It still is your responsibility to take care of this situation? What im supposed to do? Contact that “company” you bought it from on PA? Its not my business whatsoever. You need to give back the mage and take care of the rogue account with the OO

Obviously you’re not reading what I wrote.... I DONT HAVE THE ROGUE. let’s just make that clear. And I don’t HAVE to do anything so watch your tone. I can easily just block you and never use epicnpc again and you’re left with ****. You have nothing to bargain with so if ”want” to be nice and give you the mage back I can.. or cannot. So let’s clear that too.
tehcnically.. it’s no longer my responsibility for the account. we made the trade and we accepted the terms. I don’t feel like I’m responsible. it sucks, but oh well.. again, those are the chances we take doing this. If the account got banned from blizzard, would it still be my fault? I think not.
 
You might not have the rogue. Neither do i.
You still dont seem to understand this situation. WE made a trade so YOU are responsible might anything ever happen to the rogue account. Wich got recovered. You should discuss this further with the guy you bought it from.we never agreed to any terms to be honest as well. I never said i will take my loss if anything will ever happen. If the account would got have banned i wouldnt have blamed you because THAT is indeed a risk of trading accounts. But we trading accounts and in the end you still got the mage and im left with nothing is not quite fair in my point of view either.
You saying you dont have to do anything aint true at all. You should fix the problem we are facing right now. This is not a risk of trading. You should have let me know this was a risk of the account trade wich i was willing to take. You never let me know about not being OO of this account and this was a risk for me that i would have to take. If i would have know that i wouldnt have done it obviously
 
@Sumbootey you are responsible for everything you sell here. If you are not able to return this account then you need to give a new one or to pay in the same value. The last option is returning a mage account.
